Please submit ONE application only to avoid duplicates and ensure all details are accurate, especially your contact email. You will receive a notification if your application has been accepted or rejected. If accepted, you must settle your invoice within 3 days of receiving it to confirm your stall. Refunds will not be issued if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice before the event. Please select the correct stall size when applying – changes may not be possible later.
